Reminder PM Slug Line to Horner starts Mon 6/25 5th & M St SE

Now that DOT is almost completely moved over to the NJ Ave. building,
we're going to start a PM slug line. I trolled for locations and the
consensus is mid block by Van Ness Elementary School on 5th and the North side of M St. SE.
Since most of the requests on the Yahoo eslug Group are for Horner,
we'll start with just that one destination mid block and add destinatiions as drivers come along. I've had several requests for 610 and one or 2 for 17. Suprisingly none for Springfield....
