I commute from Greenbriar to Capitol Hill every morning. I am trying to find a carpool partner in order to use the I-66 HOV lane. I can leave the Greenbriar/Penderbrook/Fair Lakes area anytime between 7 and 7:45 a.m. M-F. I can drop you off anywhere along Constitution Avenue.
