Check out Dr. Gridlock's column in the Fairfax Extra. He states once the toll lane is added to HOV, hybrids will have to pay a toll unles they meet the carpool rules.

I believe everybody was aware of that all ready....the question that just recently got answered I believe was the one on HOV times. Which I understand is anytime now as long as you have 3 or more.....
