VDOT will host a design public hearing on the I-495 Capital Beltway HOT Lanes, from 5 to 9 p.m. (brief presentation at 7 p.m. with public comment period to follow) at Northern Virginia Community College, Ernst Cultural Center, Forum Area, 8333 Little River Turnpike, Annandale.
