Forming a carpool from Potomac Mills, departure time 7:00 a.m. for King Street / Seminary Area and return to Potomac Mills in the afternoon between 4:30 - 4:45.

I work in the Skyline office building near Target on King Street and want to form a carpool that will alternate driving on a weekly basis with other carpool members.
