Are there pickup points near Manassas?

There are three locations listed for the Manassas area on this website's "Morning Slug Lines" page at http://www.slug-lines.com/AM_Lines/Am_Slug_lines.asp .
However, it looks like the line at the Herndon/Monroe Park-n-Ride is the only one working, and the other two proposed locations have never caught on.

The active morning slug lines are along the I-95 corridor from Fredericksburg to Springfield.
