Is thers an active slug line from rt 630? I need to go 14th and H. Thanks

I live in Stafford and need to go to 14th and H as well. I wish I knew if there was a slug line at the Rt.630 lot, or what time the lot fills up, etc. Anybody have any info on the 630 lot? Seems like maybe it's only for buses and vanpools?
