VDOT is having public hearings about changing I-95/395 HOV to HOT Lanes in Feb.

We need to spread the work and make an effort to go to one of these public hearing and voice our concerns for the proposed I-95/395 HOT lanes. The proposed expansions on these lanes are great and will benefit us. But, the prosposed HOT i.e. the non-HOV vehicles who pay a toll to get in these lanes will hurt the HOV commuters and Sluggers.
