The arrogance of Fluor continues. First they promise to maintain speed limits; then estimate maintaining 50-55 mph, and now estimating 45 mph (20 miles below the current speed limit). Thank God, Delegate Barker is questioning Fluor's plans. When is the rest of the VA legislature going to wake up and ask Fluor about their inability to deliver what they ORIGINALLY said they could do???
