To All:
I just got this email from FairFax County (they are on our side...):

I wanted to alert you to an issue that affects sluggers and other commuters who park at Springfield Plaza. The property owners of Springfield Plaza have already started towing cars that are not parked in marked spaces.

I hope you will pass this on to the sluggers to be aware. Also, we are noticing some overflow in the Springfield United Methodist Church lot. Could you please remind sluggers to stay in properly marked spaces to avoid being towed?

FCDOT continues to work towards acquiring more commuter parking and and we remain a solid supporter of slugging.

As always, we encourage residents to contact their Supervisors to voice their opinions and desires for additional commuter parking.
