My son starts a new job soon at the Suitland Federal Center in Maryland. Are there any slug lines where riders can catch rides directly from Woodbridge to Suitland? Or do they need to go to L'Enfant or Navy Yard? Same question for the reverse ride.

Also feel free to let me know of any car pools or van pools going that way.

Thanks

One option is he can slug to either L'Enfant or Navy Yard and then get on the Green line Metro train heading toward Branch Avenue.
He would need to get off the train at the Suitland Metro station which is adjacent to the Federal Center. Rush hour fare for that Green line ride is $2.60 one-way.

If he's really wanting a direct ride from/to Woodbridge, his best bet would likely be finding and joining a carpool/vanpool.

Thanks Sludge.

Does anyone have any observations on the slug lines to Navy Yard/L'Enfant--is the commute longer since the 14th street construction began? How long should one expect to wait for a slug ride in the morning at Horner for these locations?

Thanks all
