Hi,

want to partner with someone.

I prefer to drive, but can be a passenger.

I have some flexibility with the hours, but prefer around 8 AM and going back around 4-4:30PM.

Clarification:

rt 28 or rt 29 or rt 15 in Fauquier county (well, rt 28 can be PW like Catlett)
