With only 250 slots available, will drivers cease to go to Potomac Mills? I would imagine that that lot will fill very early. It may be hard to find someone who is going there in the evening. That lot may become a bus and carpool lot. We shall see!

Looks like one slug line will remain there.
Only mystery is "which one".
