I am a new driver and willing to try this. I can pick up in Woodbridge area and drop off by Farrugut West (17th/18th Streets).

I also need riders on the way home. Mostly on 23rd street/GWU area/State Dept. area to Woodbridge.

I leave by 7:30am in the morning and leave at 5:00pm in the evening from DC.

I have tried looking for riders on 14th/15th/H St/ New York avenue but seems some people are not going back to Woodbridge.

Those riders are on New York in the evening b/w 14th and 15th.
