I am looking to get a ride to RT 17 around 3:00. Can I catch A ride with someone that's going that way, or to the Pentagon. Anything Helps :) I am at the Ronald Regean Building on 14th ST

P.S. I know it's before HOV starts :)

My experience is that if you leave downtown around 3ish and Metro to the Pentagon, you will get a ride to Rte 17 without much of a wait.
