I'm trying to locate a lot that goes as close to 23rd and I as possible from Woodbridge and return. Please help!

Horner Road has an 18th street line
I believe Old Hechinger's has an 18th street line as well.

You should try to be there by 7. Although they built a new lot across the street. The main lots fill up mon - thursday aorund 7 720...and that's your best shot of getting a ride as well.
