I parked this morning at 8 AM in the KMart lot in Springfield, across from the old Circuit City. I am not parked in one of the designated blue "commuter" spots, but 2 spaces down from them. Does anyone know if cars are actually towed from these spaces? How do they know it is not an employee in the mall?
