I was wondering if there are any active lines downtown, near 10th Street, for rides to Mine Rd. in Stafford?

There is a slug line at the corner of 14&G. It's located next to the trash can in front of the Citibank.

How active is this line? I have heard from other people that it's hit or miss. It's a bit of a walk from my office but it's better than paying for Metro.
