Please be mindful of this car the tag # is JDW-3828 and the color is white with a natural gas slogan. This person speeds and does not obey the rules of slugging as a driver. This driver is not experienced enough to drive in excess speeds of 85 miles per hour in BAD WEATHER(RAIN). This incident happened on 9/3/03 with the route to 14th & Constitution.
