The following was posted on the old message board from a slug:

"A driver told me this morning that the Prince Wm Police were out last week to enforce restrictions on this lot. He said that there are now only about 25 spaces adjacent to Smoketown Rd. All the other spaces are now off limits due to the new medical center opening."
