Has anybody seen any HOT lanes data from the 95/395 hot lane project ? The state usually publishes data for the 495 HOT lanes (avg toll, travelers were from what states, etc....).

No. Dr Gridlock published a lot of data on the 495 lanes. I haven't see anything for the 395/95 ones. I'd be interested to see the percentage of carpoolers.
