Is there a consistent route yet between 234 and Roslyn?

There is a route to Rosslyn from 234 in the morning but not in the evening. Everyone that I chat with says they have to go to the Pentagon to get picked up in the evenings.

I'm looking for riders in the evening if you're interested.
