I am a tall thin redhead who wears a black rain coat and carries a black briefcase - hard to miss my flaming long red hair at the Rolling Valley commuter lot.

This AM, Fri 9 March, I was dropped off at L'Enfant Plaza shops at 8:33am and left my black DOE Samsung Galaxy 7 phone in the back right seat in a brown/taupe SUV with a blond driver (hair to her shoulders, (mid to late 30's) who has a car seat in the middle. I have reported it lost, but want it back.
Please call me at 703-505-1985, email me at suzette.manduley@gmail.com so I can come to your home to retrieve it. The phone is turned off, unfortunately, so I cannot make it ring!
