BLACK BAG LEFT IN VEHICLE
Associate took me from Jeff Davis Hwy near River Run. He was on his way to Manassas, VA, @ 8:15am on Friday, Sept 14, 2018. He took me to the 234 lot on Dumfries Road. He sounded African.
