I just lost my phone (8/28/2018 @5:00PM) by leaving in a man's car coming from L'Enfant Plaza. I wasn't able to grab it off the side of the seat before the driver drove off when we arrived at Horner Road.

It's a black Nokia with an orange rim with no case.
