I’m a driver coming from Richmond. My final destination is 18th and F Street NW. I work 6:30-3pm. Usually driving thru the Stafford area no later than 5:45 a.m. Free ride for any interested sluggers.

Your best bet is to swing by the Mine Road Downtown line.
