Is this line / route open? What are the general rules given COVID (i.e. masks at all times, etc)?

I can't reply to your first question but I can tell you that I slugged into the Pentagon from Horner at 7:00 today with little activity and I'm expecting the same going home. I suspect every location is a hit or miss because no one is saying it's ok to slug.

Second question, the driver and other slug were not wearing masks, I was not. I think it's everyone's prerogative to wear a mask or not. If you've been vaccinated, there is little chance that you can contract or spread covid-19 but there is that small probability...nothing is 100%
