Cars would use the perimeter of the parking lot but reverse of how it's now. Drivers would go all the way to the pickup point is now, or second entrance of the lot to the right from Telegraph. The first entrance to the parking lot will be use as exit only.

Slugs would wait on the sidewalk at the first entrance of the second lot once you enter from Telegraph Rd. It will eliminate drivers to cut in front of the line to pickup slugs between isles. Also, the line of cars will be visible for everyone.
If the existing set up doesn't work at all, we should try this solution.

If the parking lot entrance next to the new slug line was EXIT only, it might alleviate some of the problems we're having. This proposal would need to be worked through VDOT.

I should called it "suggestion" then. I think proposal is too heavy.
