Approximately 3 weeks ago, a young black lady (shoulder length Hair) left a beige short sleeve shirt in Nordstrom bag in my car - Navy blue Honda Civic....commuting with daughter. Pickup point was at the Pentagon (evening). Dropped offed at Horner Road.
