I have a friend who normally slugs from Crystal City to Horner Rd. Later this week she has a meeting at the Mark Center in the afternoon and would like to slug to Horner from there instead of shuttling back to the Pentagon to get a ride. Can she get a ride by just going to the pick up spot, or does she have to use the distribution list? I am not sure if she will have access to email while at the Mark Center.
