Thought many of you might be interested in an e-mail I received from Michele McQuigg, VA 51st District Representative. Looks like actions are being taken to KEEP hybrids in the HOV, but not issue any new CF plates. Law enforcement vehicle laws may change and semis may be prohibited completely.
