Will Potomac Mills lot go away?

   With only 250 slots available, will drivers cease to go to Potomac Mills?  I would imagine that that lot will fill very early.  It may be hard to find someone who is going there in the evening.  That lot may become a bus and carpool lot.  We shall see!
