from an experienced slug: "there is a slug stop marked for Saratoga on Fern
St in the south Pentagon parking lot, but no one uses it. Instead,
drivers go directly to the Saratoga bus stop (much like walking over to the
Springfield-Burke slug line) and get slugs out of the bus line.
